Photographer and director Juan Lamarca, b. 1987, graduated as a film director from Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has won numerous awards, including the 1x Photo Award for Still Life in Sweden, a “Mark of Excellence” for the i-shot-it Leica Award in England, and multiple Honorable Mentions in International Photography Awards.
His work was selected to be a part of the prestigious Global Champions Tour with a photo exhibition at the Miami GCT in April of 2018. Publishing house Laurence King chose his photograph for the cover of their “Book of the Horse” which was published in London, and distributed worldwide in October of 2018.
Lamarca lives and works between Miami and New York, his work has been acquired for private collections world wide and exhibited across the country.
